Hello all,
It has been a while since my last post and I apologize for not keeping up with my blog (I will try to do better and post more). Today I am going to share some photos with you from my trip to the Rhino and Lion Nature Reserve just outside of Johannesburg in South Africa yesterday where I got some amazing shots, including rhinos less than 10 meters from my car (I decided it was time to move on when he stood up and started eyeballing me).
I also want to try to use the power of my blog to do some good (not that I have that much power) and call attention to the plight of the African rhino which is being poached almost to extension just for their horns. I am going to be a little selfish and say that I don’t want them to go extinct because they make great photos, but I guess it does not really matter why you want to protect them just that you do so that they will be around for our great great great grand kids’ great great great grand kids to enjoy. On that note I will donate all profits from the sale of any prints of my rhino photos to save the rhino, which means everything except printing and shipping costs. Please see my ordering prints page for information on ordering prints, and if you want to just make a donation to save the rhino please use the link above.
OK enough from me, please enjoy the pictures.

Pankaj,
Thank you for the comments. Since moving to South Africa I have become more aware of the plight of the African rhino and hope I can make at least a small contribution.
Please visit again as I will have more updates.
