A Common Day Octopus (Octopus cyanea) cautiously emerges from its hiding hole in the coral. I almost missed this octopus as I swam towards what I thought was an octopus but turned out to be a rock, I swam right over top of this one. Had it not retracted into its hole I never would have seen it.
